Samsung SDI has been producing batteries of different sizes, types and uses for close to 20 years. In its factory located in Göd, they produce prismatic battery cells for automobile industrial use. The construction of the battery factory was started in 2016, and the factory has been continuously extended since then. ACIS COMPLEX Kft has been participating in building the factory since the starts, starting from the clean space technological pipelines up to the DN1600 cooling water pipelines.
Projects that were implemented by ACIS COMPLEX Kft during the construction of Samsung SDI:
Complex 1
- „Hook Up”: tisztatéri technológia vezetékek kiépítése, termelő gépsorok lekötése. - Public utility building: its extension in 2 phases, installation and connection of pumps, coolers, other auxiliary equipment, deploying pipelines in the range of DN15-DN700 in the length of 10 km. - Building SR and AC towers, installation of service machines, implementing pipe fitting on the roof in the height of 27 m. - Reconnection of the New Cooling Tower with installing a new DN 900 distributor. - New multi & stack line: extending the external pipe bridge with the integration of 2.7 km pipes. - 64 m outdoor pipe rack: Extension of the pipe bridge with module-based construction technology, installation of 5.1 km pipes.
Complex 2
- Module Pipe rack: The building of a pipe bridge consisting of more than 80 modules was carried out during 3 months, with integrating 2,200 tonnes of steel structures and 20 km pipes. - Utility building: Compressed air system, cooling and cooled water system, steam and condensate pipelines and technological water transporting pipeline systems were built in a length of altogether 11 km.
