The Jaewon Industrial Co., Ltd. (JWIC) provides solvent reutilisation service for Samsung SDI. They collect the used NMP (n-methyl-2-pyrrolidon) from Samsung SDI, they clean it to a purity of at least 99,85 %, then they make it available to Samsung SDI for being used again.
The average quantity of the solvent regenerated is 60 t\/day.
Regeneration is done with a vacuum distillation procedure, in distilling towers.<\/p>

The installation of the machinery technology of the plant was fully done by ACIS COMPLEX Kft. The equipment were supplied by Jaewon, technological fitting was done on the basis of the P&IDs and the pipeline layout plans.

The plant units that had been built:
-\u00a0storing system,
-\u00a0thermic oil system,
- cooling water system,
-\u00a0distilling system,
-\u00a0vacuum system.<\/p>

The technological pipelines were built from corrosion resistant steel, while the cooling water and natural gas pipelines were made from carbon steel, with welded junctions.
The welded junctions were made according to the contents of the MSZ EN ISO 3834-2 certificate of ACIS COMPLEX Kft, based on the accepted technological instructions.
The seams made had been examined in each case, the acceptance level of the examinations is: Grade 8 according to MSZ EN 5817.<\/p>

The supports, the corrosion protection and the insulation of the pipelines were also done by ACIS COMPLEX Kft.
