The Volta Energy Solutions produces LIB type of copper foils of high smoothness made galvanically.<\/p>

The process of production starts with the acidic dissolution of the copper waste done for the purpose of making copper containing electrolyte solution. The copper foil is separated from the electrolyte solution with a galvanization process with the aid of rotating cylinders.<\/p>

The production lines were extended in two steps: first 8 lines, then in the second phase 12 lines were built.
The designs and workshop drawings were made, the needed permits were obtained, the installation of all the technological pipelines were built by Acis Complex Kft. The cooling-heating equipment belonging to the technology, and the soft water, filtered water, contaminated water, compressed air system were deployed. The cooling towers, altogether 12 of them, the heat recovering \u201eRectifier\u201d system and the boiler house were built.
In two phases 192 tanks and more than 420 pumps had been installed and connected.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n <\/section>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
