Application
We at the ACIS Complex highly appreciate proactivity, therefore, if there is no position of ours is announced and/or no open position that would be appropriate for you, we are still glad to pick up contact with you, we would welcome your interest and your sending your CV! This may even start an organisation development process, or it may be simply a useful contact as regards the future.
Picking up contact
We manage picking up contact and the received application materials in each case confidentially and tactfully. Our HR manager will provide you feedback in the framework of a discussion in connection with your profile matching and concerning the potential further steps.
HR interview
If we may have a common cross-section, then in the framework of a HR interview we will assess your language skills, we will review the relevant educations, we will discuss your past professional career and experiences, we will talk about the current situation, the motivation factors of changing your workplace, your concepts and expectations as regards the future, and all the issues that are important for You. We are pleased to answer your questions, and naturally we will also speak about ACIS Complex, our value system, our organisational culture, about the team, the task and responsibility scopes involved in the job.
Professional interview
After the HR interview we will share our impressions and experiences with the leader of the given professional area. We will provide feedback within 1-2 weeks and if the feedback is favourable, we will invite you within 1-2 weeks for a second - at the same time - the last professional interview to the given leader. On the occasion of this discussion, in the knowledge of the information provided at the HR interview, the focus will be on the professional details, we will ask questions, we will tell stories and we will respond.
Feedback, contact keeping
After summarising the impressions of the selection process, we will provide feedback again, within a couple of days. If we plan a common future with you, we will submit your admission to the top management, and after their approval we will provide you both verbally and in writing an offer and a letter of intent, in respect of which we expect your response within a couple of days. If in connection with the given possibility and/or job you did not become our new colleague, even then we will glad to keep contact with you concerning the future, who knows when and in what we may have again a common cross-section…
